SONGS so good they’ve been picked up by Fairport Convention and the legendary Emmylou Harris are coming to the Palace Theatre when the band that penned them, Red Shoes, take to the Room Upstairs.
Carolyn and Mark Evans have long established themselves as successful songwriters and tour as a four piece folk/acoustic band.
Their songs are sure to engage the audience with tales woven around mesmerising lead vocals and melodic harmonies drawing fans into a world where the song writing skills of the duo are beautifully revealed.
Fairport Convention have covered their masterpeice ‘Celtic Moon’ and several of their other pieces found their way to the Queen of Americana Emmylou Harris.
