£5,000 reward for information on diesel thefts

MORE than £15,000 worth of fuel has been stolen from a Redditch company in the last year.

Adam Wood, who owns Redditch Skip Hire Ltd, says he so fed up with diesel being syphoned from his vehicles he is offering a £5,000 reward to anyone with information about the culprits.

Trucks are being broken into every two to three weeks at the the company based on Weights Lane.

The most recent theft took place on Sunday (June 14) when 12 had their fuel lines ripped out.




A West Mercia Police spokeswoman confirmed diesel to the value of £2,000 was stolen from the fuel tanks of several vehicles between Saturday and Monday.
