A REDDITCH man has been arrested in connection with a rape that took place in Church Hill on Saturday evening (July 25).
The 54-year-old man, who is being held in custody, has been arrested in relation with a sexual assault which took place in Greystone Close at around 9.30pm.
Police are still appealing for a young man who it is understood intervened during the rape – causing the offender to run off – to come forward.
