STUDLEY skipper Rachael Dale is to present a brand-new show on children’s television channel Nickelodeon.

And as part of the Saturday morning show, she will also be attempting to break a world record.

Rachael, a senior coach with Jump Rope UK, will front the new show Fruit Shoot Get Your Skills On which is screened for the first time at 9am tomorrow (Saturday).

She will use the name Rachael Sparks – as she is so fast they fly from her feet – and will join a team of nine other skilled professionals to host the new series.

There will be celebrity guests and musical performances from top UK acts such as Union J and Pixie Lott.

The show will also feature hilarious pranks and showcase the talents of some of the UK’s most

exceptional kids, as they compete to win a coveted Fruit Shoot Skills Award.

Rachael said: “When I first starting skipping I never imagined I’d end up presenting a TV show on Nickelodeon.

“It has been a really busy five months filming Get Your Skills On but I can’t wait for kids to be able to see the show when it premieres on Saturday and I hope everyone who watches picks up a rope and tries it themselves.”

Rachael has appeared on a number of TV programmes over the years including the Russell Howard Show, Soccer AM and Blue Peter where she attempted to break the Guinness World Record for one minute speed skipping.

She also performed at the London Olympic Games in 2012, entertaining crowds in the basketball arena as part of the Get Tricky skipping group.
