CHEAP spirits being sold in Redditch this week may lead police to find the culprits of a recent burglary.
An incident in which more than £200 worth of vodka was stolen from a convenience store on Tuesday (August 9) has prompted the police appeal for people who may have information to come forward.
The burglary on Costers Lane is believed to have happened at some time between the store closing at 10.30pm and the alarm going off around 11.45pm
The unknown offender or offenders then forced their way into the shop, causing damage to the property before leaving with several bottles of vodka.
Anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity, or who has been offered cheap alcohol for sale this week should call 101 and quote incident number 791s of 9 August.
