AN ALCESTER man will be pounding the pavement twice in two weeks for people diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

Dominic Osborne will running two 10km races over 14 days to raise funds for the MS Society, which aims to improve treatment and care for people diagnosed with the disease.

Next Saturday (October 18) he will lace up his running shoes for the Reaper Run in Stratford, while on Sunday, November 2, he will then take on the Wolf Run in Leicestershire.

The 27-year-old chose the charity after his girlfriend Georgina was diagnosed with MS at the age of 18.

So far he has raised over £1,000 but hopes to boost funds in the run up to the events.
