GET in gear for the Redditch and District Car Club open evening on Monday (July 4) at Binton Social Club, CV37 9TU.
Many members will be getting their pride and joys out of the garage, giving them a polish and bringing them along to the evening. There will also be a complementary hog roast (subject to availability) and Binton Social Club will be open for drinks and snacks.
The club is a warm and approachable mixt of motor sport enthusiasts who participate in all aspects of the sport from competing in rallying, sprinting, road rallies, autotests, production car trials, auto grassing, circuit racing and classic tours as well as marshalling. We meet alternate Monday evenings at The Blue Boar, Temple Grafton, just up the road from Binton at 8pm.
The Club also organises quiz nights, Scalextric competitions, Table Top Navigation events and other social activities.
“The club now has more than 70 active members so come along and have a chat with some friendly petrol heads and have a look at some beautiful cars at the same time,” said spokeswoman Wendy Mason.
