LOCAL residents are batty about bats should head for Forge Mill Needle Museum this Saturday (June 11).
For Redditch Borough Council has teamed up with the Worcestershire Bat Group to hold a ‘Bat Walk’ in and around the venue.
The evening will give people the opportunity to search for the amazing creatures using bat detectors and watch them in their natural environment.
Museum Officer Debbie Lakeman said: “We are delighted to be hosting this event which will be informative and a lot of fun!”
Booking in advance for the walk, which starts at 8.30pm from the museum, is essential.
