CLASSIC cars, pony rides and archery will be on offer at this year’s Green Fair.
Redditch Borough Council and Redditch Lions are teaming up once again to host the annual event on June 28 at Arrow Valley Park from 11am to 5pm.
Attractions will include live music, pony rides, face painting, archery, crazy golf and clay pigeon shooting.
This year attendees will also enjoy a classic car show with rare vehicles and motorbikes as well.
Councillor Pat Witherspoon, responsible for leisure, said: “There’s something for all the family to get involved in, so pop down for a fun day out in June.”
Mrs Witherspoon is also looking forward to the cadet challenges where cadets from the army, air-force, fire service and police will compete in challenges, including tug-o-war, to win the Redditch Lions Trophy.
The Green Fair will also be hosting a raffle for those who attend, with lots of prizes up for grabs.
Dave Beech from the Redditch Lions said: “We’re really glad to have teamed up with the borough council again to bring this fantastic event back to Arrow Valley.
“There’s going to be so much to do, you best get there early so you can enjoy it all!”
Entrance and parking are both free for the event.
