RETRO surroundings and a touch of Hollywood glamour have been served up in Redditch in the shape of the Kingfisher’s latest restaurant.
Tinseltown American Diner opened to the public this week (Monday), offering shakes and burgers with 150 booths and a VIP suite.
Press officer Akeshia Clarke said: “We have spent a considerable amount of time in Redditch and around the Kingfisher Centre and we are really excited to be serving the wonderful people of Redditch.
“Tinseltown hopes to bring the glamour of Hollywood to the Kingfisher whilst also providing more jobs for the local community.”
Kingfisher general manager Ken Williams added Tinseltown would be a ‘fantastic addition’ to their Hub area which also included Nando’s and Real China and offered a ‘unique dining experience’ people could not get anywhere else in town.
