TWO beauties from Redditch have clinched the town a double celebration.

Following the crowning of Rosie Thompson as Miss Birmingham in March, runner up Molly Noke, 16, has taken the title of Miss Redditch 2015.

Molly, a pupil at Tudor Grange Academy, was awarded the honour on Friday (April 24) at Crucial Hair and Beauty by Rosie and the current Mr Birmingham.

During the competition, Molly won the titles Miss Charity Birmingham for her work raising over £900 for the Miss World charity for disadvantaged childen, Beauty with a Purpose.

She also took home the sash for Miss Social Media Birmingham having received the most promotion and likes on her Facebook and Twitter.

She said: “This is the first time I’ve done anything like this, I just did it to make friends and have fun and I never thought I would win these titles.

“I worked so hard raising money for Beauty with a Purpose and I’m so happy that I have been recognised for it.

“I just can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

Molly has sparked the interest of the Miss England Office and will represent Redditch in the Miss England semi-finals on July 5 at Kelham Hall in Nottinghamshire.

Molly added: “All of this is such a whirlwind and being able to represent my local area and the town I love is a dream come true.

“I cannot wait for the semi-finals and hopefully the town will get behind me and I will get through to the finals of Miss England.”
