POP STAR Pixie Lott will be heading back to the classroom to perform in front of borough students.
The 23-year-old, famous for hits such as All About Tonight and Cry Me Out, will be taking to the stage at St Augustine’s Catholic High School in Hunt End on June 25.
The special concert will be held for Year 13 pupils on their last day of school and will also include the star talking to students about the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) which she has been a patron of since 2010.
The school has shown support to the cause over the years including raising money for Redditch Heart Safe which purchases defibrillators which shocks the heart when someone goes into cardiac arrest for public buildings.
A spokeswoman from the school said the appearance was exciting news for both pupils and staff.
“Cardiac health is high on our agenda here and this is a fantastic opportunity for everyone at the school.”
