PARTICIPANTS in Mr J’s Fun Workouts will be twistin’, jivin’, rockin’ and poppin’ to the greatest sounds of the 20th Century in a special charity workout to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
During this one-off event, participants will take a musical journey through time with easy-to-follow dance routines to music from every single decade of the 20th Century. Whether its a Charleston from the roaring 20s or the disco days of the 70s, participants will be burning the calories for a very worthy cause indeed.
The charity dance workout will take place from 7pm on Friday, November 20 and is sponsored by Woodfield Academy, Redditch.
