A KNITTED Christmas tree has taken pride of place at Redditch’s college to help raise money for charity.
Foundation Learning students from Heart of Worcestershire College created the decoration and are now selling it on eBay.
Lecturer Sally Arblaster said: “We thought it would be a lovely idea for the students to chat and knit whilst promoting the college at an open day earlier in the summer.
“Since then the project has continued and we couldn’t be prouder of our handmade Christmas tree. It’s a real credit to the hard work our students have put in.”
