WITH the Rio Olympics in full swing, a local NHS Trust is reminding people of the importance of exercise to help keep a healthy mind.

Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, the main provider of mental health services in the county, has launched a campaign to demonstrate how regular exercise and sport such as running and swimming can help people with their mental wellbeing.

Around 1 in 4 people each year will experience problems such as stress, anxiety and low mood and exercise can help people to keep their minds and bodies healthy.
