THE Kingfisher Shopping Centre is pulling out all the stops to keep the kids entertained this summer, with activities planned for every week of the summer holidays.
Every Thursday until August 27 from 11am to 4pm there will be activities, workshops and giveaways for the kids to get stuck into.
Get ready to limber up on Thursday, August 6 when fun circus workshops spring into action, while kids will be encouraged to come dressed as their favourite superheroes on Thursday, August 13, for superhero-themed activities.
The following Thursday, August 20, Tree Fu Tom will be sprinkling a bit of magic and on Saturday, August 22 the centre welcomes Star Wars’ famous Stormtroopers who will be landing for a fun photo opportunity with fans.
And that’s not all – children will also be able to enjoy face painting, balloon modelling and regular visits from Kingfisher’s friendly kids’ club mascot, Charlie the monkey, who will have prizes to give away.
Kingfisher general manager Ken Williams said: “We’ve put together a jam-packed schedule to ensure families have an enjoyable and stress-free summer without breaking the bank!”
