THE STREETS of Alcester will be home to the undead this weekend as zombies are let loose in the town.
Pathogen Films will be filming scenes for their six part Patient Zero! mini series on Sunday (October 18) along the high street between 4pm and 6pm.
The team have already shot scenes for their pilot episode on September 30 and residents should be warned – last time the group got together, the special effects make-up was so gorgeously gory a nurse who was driving past pulled over to lend her assistance to the ‘victim’.
The series centres around a Ukrainian chemical which is stolen and finds its way into the atmosphere – creating an outbreak of the undead or zombies.
Filming on Sunday will see an onslaught of zombies attack a quiet and unsuspecting high street.
