IMAGES have been released of a man police want to speak to in connection with a sexual offence.

CCTV footage shows a man thought to have information about an incident where someone allegedly filmed up a woman’s dress whilst shopping in the Abbey Retail Park.

The victim was in B&M Bargains with her young child at about 2.10pm on Thursday (July 9) when she felt the presence of someone behind her.

She turned around and saw a man standing directly behind her and as she continued shopping she felt her dress move at the back.

As she turned around again she saw the man carrying a basket with an iPhone in it which was on video mode.

She thought the man was filming up her dress and began arguing with him.

It is thought he then deleted the last video clip but it is unknown if other recordings were made.

Anyone with any information about the incident or who recognises the man should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
