A WOMAN was taken to hospital after she was hit by a car in the town centre.
The 42-year-old pedestrian was struck by a green Fiat Panda on Unicorn Hill about 2.15am on Saturday, May 16.
She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital but it not believed to have any serious injuries.
The driver, a 43-year-old man, was uninjured.
