THE COUNTY’S youngest publicans extend a warm welcome to visitors to join them at Redditch’s The Brook in celebration of their first anniversary at the country pub.

Brother and sister duo, Josh and Jade Giles are enticing customers new and old alike through the doors of their charming pub on Sillins Lane, Elcocks Brook, with a free glass of chilled Prosecco on arrival when dining.

The siblings are celebrating their first anniversary as owners of The Brook Bar and Kitchen today (Friday) and will be tempting tastebuds with offers including 25 per cent off bottles of Prosecco all weekend.

And that isn’t all the brother and sister team are celebrating.

Josh, who is 21, and Jade, 23, are the youngest publicans across Worcestershire but it’s a trade they have been very involved in throughout their lives.

Jade said: “Our family have been involved in the trade for 35 years so it’s something we have always been around but this is our first pub together.”

While Jade heads up the front of house, Josh looks after the kitchen in his role as a chef.

He added: “It’s going really well, we’re very happy here.”

Visitors to the picturesque pub can enjoy fine wines and real ales and dine on modern British cuisine whilst enjoying the scenic countryside views.
