THE AUTHOR of a book which will benefit people with dyspraxia invited youngsters to hear her story.
Emma Austin-Jones read her new book The Lilac Story at Buttons and Bows in the Old Needleworks on Saturday (November 29).
Aimed at four to eight-year-olds, 20 per cent of the royalties from sales of the book will go to the Dyspraxia Foundation UK.
Alongside the reading, illustrator Danny Phillips held a workshop to show children how he created the characters. Visit www.amazon.co.uk to purchase the paperback or e-book edition.
