ABBEYWOOD First School pupils dominated the leading positions when they visited fellow Redditch RSA Academy school Ipsley CE to compete in a cross country competition.
Children from numerous Redditch schools took part and it was Abbeywood youngsters who won both the boys’ and girls’ races courtesy of Tayo Dennis and Leah Harrison respectively.
There was an Abbeywood clean sweep of the top three places in the boys’ event as Jacob Ashford finished second and Tom Lune third.
