BLACK Horse progressed to the third round of the FA Sunday National Cup after beating Hundred Acre from the Sutton & District Sunday League 5-0 thanks to goals from Robbie Bunn, Dale Edwards and hat-trick hero Brendan Hicks.

Two of the Redditch & South Warwickshire Combination internal cups have progressed to the semi-final stages with OKH Sporting Dynamo securing their place in the BRT Terry Cup last four and South Redditch doing likewise in the BSA Cup.

OKH Sporting beat Redolence Park 6-2 as two goals for Park from Andrew Seager were overshadowed by braces from both Joe Howes and Luke Dugmore for OKH.

Meanwhile, South Redditch beat Red Lion 4-3 as Dan Gaffney bagged a brace for the victors and Daniel Bearcroft scored a hat-trick for Red Lion.

The only Premier Division game saw an exciting eight-goal match in which CBH Fasteners beat Lodge Park 5-3.

Goals were scored by Scott Harbon, Peter Murphy and Terry Nolan for Lodge Park and Davies, Ashley Newman (2) and Chris Parish (2) for CBH.

In Division One, a wonderful show of support was shown by VKL and AFC Lions following the tragic scenes in Paris as they stood side by side for a minute’s silence.

With the outcome of the match secondary in the players’ thoughts, VKL beat Lions 2-1 in a very evenly matched game.

Elsewhere, Studley Railway beat Winyates Wanderers 2-1 and Redditch Cross defeated New Woodland Cottage 2-0 as Jake Bilson netted a double.

Coldstream eased to a 10-1 win against Royal Oak thanks to two goals from Chris Gee and all the Js scoring the rest for Coldstream as Julian Bellamy, Joel Langston, Josh Larner, Joe Ward and Jake Booton (4) were all on the mark.

Beoley Village also had their shooting boots on as they defeated Redditch Town 8-1 thanks to a hat-trick from Sean Meek and four goals from Nathan Hurley.
