BRANDON MILLER hit 84 not out to help Studley cruise to a fifth successive win in Warwickshire League Division One.
Miller’s innings eased Studley to a seven-wicket home victory against Bronze after Josh Gandy’s 5-33 had destroyed the visitors’ batting.
Bronze won the toss and batted first but were dismissed for 156. As well as Gandy’s five-for, Stuart Harris claimed 3-34.
Miller’s imperious batting and 47 from Jack Williams meant Studley were always in control and they cruised to victory in the 40th over.
Studley, who have climbed to second in the table, will look to continue their winning run on Saturday when they entertain Fillongley.
SAM COX ripped through opponents Enville to take five wickets and help Feckenham to a thrilling 17-run victory in Worcestershire League Division Two.
Nearly 600 runs were scored in the match at Mill Lane as the batsmen got in but then fell as only one batsman got a half-century and Cox’s 5-60 proved decisive.
Every Feckenham batsman threatened a good score, with 15 from Muhammad Idrees the lowest score.
Luke Jackson and captain Jamie Reddish top scored with 41 and Andrew Kings added 34.
Josh Stacey and Tom Coulson both hit 32 as Feckenham kept up their momentum to finish on 294-8 in their 50 overs. George Roberts took 3-71 for the visitors.
Enville’s innings was founded on a positive start from Robert Miller (37) and Rhodri Parfitt (32) and Greg Tomkins continued to apply the pressure on the hosts with 58.
Neil Evans, Matt Kings and Stacey took a wicket apiece to slow them down before Cox sent the wickets tumbling with 5-60 in 9.5 overs as Enville were finally dismissed for 277 with one ball left of their reply.

ASTWOOD BANK lost eight wickets for 19 runs as they were walloped by Streetly in Birmingham League Division Three.
A crushing eight-wicket defeat pushed one-time leaders Bank into seventh place – yet they are just 30 points behind leaders Stratford – and Steve Adshead’s men will look to bounce back to winning ways on Saturday at Kings Heath.
Only two batsmen – opener Sam Thomas (17) and Tom Harris (15) – reached double figures as Bank’s batters misfired.
With the score on 47, Harris became the third wicket to fall and Adshead followed four runs later and from that point there were a flurry of wickets as Bank were skittled for 66 in the 21st over.
Stefan Van Dyk was the chief destroyer as he finished with 6-43 from ten overs, whilst Matt Bates took 2-16 and Steve Hinton 2-1 from a brief spell.
In reply, Neil Curtis (39) and Matt Hinton (16) helped Streetly to 59 without loss and, although both fell on the same score, victory was all but guaranteed and duly arrived in the 15th over.
