THE SLIP road on the A448 Bromsgrove Highway to to Windmill Drive, Headless Cross, Redditch, will be shut overnight.
The action follows a vehicle fire earlier tonight.
Worcestershire Highways said the road was expected to reopen tomorrow morning.
But until then any drivers usually using the slip road needs to find alternative routes.
