30-SECOND READ - Studley Stitchers' Pudsey creation for Children In Need

Redditch Editorial 15th Nov, 2024   0

TONIGHT, the BBC’s Children In Need fundraising takes place and the Studley Stitchers have been busy getting creative again.

This knitted Pudsey bear post box topper can be found opposite Needle Close at 33 to 35 Alcester Road, Studley.

It is one of seven on display around the village.

The Studley Stitchers is a group of women who take great pleasure in bringing joy to the village with their clever 3D models which look more like works of art.

Previous creations have included a ‘Good Luck’ to GCSE and A Level students, Remembrance, Easter, Christmas, D-Day and one dedicated to Studley’s Lioness goalkeeper Hannnah Hampton.

Elsewhere in Worcestershire – three brave Evesham sisters who have been in and out of hospital will be singing live on BBC One tonight.
