ECO warriors who can inspire and encourage a greener future are being urged to help make stalwart events in Bromsgrove and Redditch even bigger and better than ever.
The Green Fairs have been held in Redditch Borough for more than a decade and in Bromsgrove District for almost five years.
The councils are set to give them a fresh start to proactively promote sustainability. bio-diversity, climate and health and wellbeing.
Organisers want to hear from inspirational businesses, groups and traders to take part in the Redditch event, at Arrow Valley Country Park and the Bromsgrove one at Sanders Park – both events attract hundreds of people over the weekend.
Redditch Borough and Bromsgrove District Councils’ assistant director for leisure and cultural services, Ruth Bamford, said: “We want to hear from inspirational people about how they can help us to celebrate sustainability and promote a greener tomorrow.”
The councils are looking for people who can offer eco-friendly artisan and organic food stalls, recycled art and crafts and health, wellbeing and mindfulness activities.
