COMPANIES from across the borough are celebrating after success at the 2025 Redditch Business Awards, writes Isabel Matthews.

The fourth annual awards ceremony took place on Saturday at the Palace Theatre, celebrating remarkable businesses, charities, individuals, and organisations which define the town.

The event was organised by Redditch BID and brought together more than 260 guests for a night full of praise, recognition and unforgettable performances.

Finalists were judged based on innovation, growth, customer experience and social responsibility, offering a broad view of the positive contributions being made across the borough.

The evening was hosted by BBC Hereford and Worcestershire’s Elliot Webb and there were live performances from Stagecoach Redditch, Gem 90s and Bradley McIntosh from S Club 7.

There was also an amazing amount of sponsors, including Kingfisher Redditch, Redditch United FC, Minuteman Press, Rily’s Restaurant, Lazy Panda collectibles and alert alarms

Muj Rahman, Redditch BID manager, said the awards aimed to highlight the people and organisations which made the town ‘such a lively and vibrant place’.

“Every nominee has a story of effort and resolve and it is a privilege to showcase these achievements.

“From start-ups making their first impression to well-established businesses continuing to expand, the dedication and creativity we see here tonight are truly motivating.

“These awards are more than just a celebration of success – they serve as a catalyst for ongoing growth and innovation.

“By recognising those who go above and beyond, the awards motivate others to elevate their ambitions and demonstrate what is achievable.”

Guests enjoyed a champagne reception, lively entertainment, and excellent dining, along with chances to connect and forge new relationships.

The ceremony highlighted the importance of business as a key part of community life in Redditch.
