A REDDITCH man who has been charged with murder has plead not guilty.
Benjamin Day, 20, was accused of murdering 24-year-old Maria Saceanu at an address in Oldbury between December 19 and 22 last year.
Day appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court via prison video link on Wednesday where he spoke only to identify himself and to enter a not guilty plea to murder.
The case has been adjourned for a trial date yet to be fixed.
Day, of of Yeadon Close, was charged on December 24, a few days after police were called to an address in Barncroft Road where a woman was confirmed dead at the scene.
