Celebrity judges on the hunt for the most delicious food and drink in Worcestershire

FOOD and drink producers across Worcestershire are being invited to submit their entries for this year’s Great British Food Awards.

Recognised as some of the nation’s most prestigious accolades, the Awards celebrate not only our regional traditions and ingredients, but our farmers, makers, innovators, and diverse melting pot of cultures.

The Awards are an opportunity for food and drink brands to have their products tasted and judged by some of the most experienced palates in Britain  including Raymond Blanc OBE, Adam Handling, Jack Stein and Merlin Griffiths.

Jenny O’Neill, head of the Awards team, said: “Each year, the Great British Food Awards celebrate the remarkable talent, craftsmanship and innovation found across the UK’s food and drink sector.

“We’re proud to provide producers of all sizes with a platform to showcase their products to our expert judging panel. We can’t wait to discover this year’s standout products.”

Entries close on May 22, with shortlisting and judging take place in July and August.
