A BOROUGH dog groomer has secured third place in a national competition.
Charlotte Bennett from Paws and Whiskers Spa on Evesham Road was presented with the award after taking part in the British Dog Grooming Championships 2014.
She entered the newcomer group under the scissor and clip category, along with her colleague Hayley Watts, who both have less than 18 months grooming experience.
Dogs Tiggy, a miniature schnauzer, and Lelah the poochon, were the girls’ models for the day.
Spa owner Jennifer Smith said: “ I could not be more proud of how well both girls did in their first big competition.”
