A NEW headteacher will bring 20 years of teaching experience to a Studley school.

Lee Gray has been officially appointed for the role at Studley High School, replacing Elaine Young who retired at the end of the school year.

He has worked for the last two decades in schools across the UK and abroad, as well as a former leadership role in Solihull.

He said the Crooks Lane school was ‘a school with a difference’.

“I feel both privileged and excited to have been given the opportunity to lead such a wonderful school and help guide it to even greater success.” he said.
