KIND-HEARTED students from a Redditch school have joined together to donate food and money to those in need.
The GCSE Citizenship group at St Augustine’s High School co-ordinated the six week campaign along with St Bede’s Middle School.
A total of 1.3 tonnes of food was collected for Redditch Food Bank and money collected through a non-uniform day purchased toys and clothing.
Rev Robin Baker said the collection would feed people in need in Redditch for a month.
