FUND-RAISERS aiming to help teenagers with cancer are hoping to double the amount they raised last year with an upcoming event.
Organised by the Body Shop in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust, the event will start at 7.30pm at the Rocklands Social Club in Headless Cross next Friday (November 14).
Entertainment will include band Lost At Home and singer Shannon, as well as a disco and raffle. Last year’s event raised £600.
Tickets cost £3 and are available at the Body Shop in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
