PAST and present Redditch Day Service users got together for a 50th birthday celebration.
Members and staff marked the anniversary of the service, which used to be known as Millfields, with a barbecue last Thursday (August 28) and a dance presentation the following day (Friday).
Team leader Alan Sheward said: “The events went very well and we raised £149 for the charity Redditch Heart Safe.
“It was really successful and we had nearly 100 people there on the Thursday.”
