A REDDITCH-based training and recruitment firm have helped raise thousands for a disabled child who’s parents desperately require alterations to their home.
eResponse Group have raised more than £9,000 for Mia Williams and parents Dean and Fran batttle to reach their £55,000 target through its Mia Foundation, which was launched earlier this year.
The eight-year-old was born without eyes and suffers from cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
A charity fun day on August 1 at Ragley Hall saw over 3,000 people enjoy a mini circus, falconry display and performances from a local dance group.
Paul Alekna, managing director of eResponse Group, said: “We had an amazing turnout which helped raise a huge proportion towards our target – but we still have a long way to go to help Mia have the adaptations she needs to live her life to the fullest.”
