Anti social behaviour, thefts and speeding drivers targeted after Arden poll

Redditch Editorial 28th Sep, 2015 Updated: 18th Oct, 2016   0

SPEED checks on the A34 at Wooton Wawen, extra patrols around Alcester targeting thefts from outbuildings and patrols clamping down on anti social behaviour in Earlswood and Studley have been named as priorities by local Warwickshire police.

The targets were chosen following a public online and on-site vote at the last Arden community forum.

As well as speeding on A34 police will also aim to stop motorists breaking the limit in the Mayswood Road area of Wooton Wawen.

The new patrols around Alcester follow a spate of thefts while the anti social behaviour blitz will concentrate on Studley High Street and skate park and the park at Earlswood and the Cloweswood area.
