CHARGES for plastic bags come into force in England on Monday (October 5) but there’s still time to pick up a free Kingfisher Shopping Centre re-useable bag that’ll hold your purchases time after time.
They’re available from the information desk by the Nationwide Building Society until tomorrow, Saturday, or while stocks last.
