PRIDE of Redditch is on the move!
After the success of the first two years, the Pride of Redditch Awards evening is on the move.
Organisers are sad to leave the South Redditch Social Club in Greenlands which has been the home of the event since the beginning.
However, to have outgrown the venue which held 180 people a testament to the number of good people there are in Redditch who deserve recognition.
The third awards evening will now be at Woodfield Middle School on Studley Road.
Organiser Rebecca Blake said: “I’m excited about this year’s new partnership especially as Woodfield has a tradition of being open to the community.
“The school has superb facilities and I’m sure our guests will have a wonderful night.”
Steve Bond, headteacher, added: “We were very excited to be asked to host the Pride of Redditch awards and it is a privilege to be involved in such a high-profile community event. We look forward to a memorable evening that toasts the success stories from across the town.”
The awards evening will be held on Friday, December 11 and is a ticketed event.
