he business, which has its brewery at Upper Spernal Farm near Studley, is launching X – a 6.2 per cent bourbon cask aged Rye IPA, a celebration of the finer things in life, and an ale which has been dedicated to the brewery’s fans.
The limited edition brew, which comes in 750ml corked bottles, has been brewed with champion malts to create a warming copper orange colour, lingering floral bitterness and has been aged for six months in bourbon casks to create a warming finish.
