CHILDREN at The Vaynor First School have sought inspiration from Father Christmas himself, taking audiences on a whistle-stop tour around the world through their festive school play.
Youngsters in Years Two and Three began their journey in Poland before stopping off in China, Australia, Malawi, America and finally visiting Ireland.
During ‘Children of the World’ students learnt how people in each country celebrate Christmas through their customs and traditions.
The performance saw the Angel Gabriel, played by Aston-Lee Simon, lead a group of angels around the world – gathering children together to come and celebrate the birth of Jesus.</
