LONDON Midland will be operating a reduced rail service over the festive period with a special service operating on Christmas Eve that will see the last train leave Redditch at 10.27pm.
However, this service will be an express line which will not stop until it reaches New Street.
There will be no trains running on both Christmas Day and Boxing Day but services will resume on December 27 with a later start-up, subject to engineering work.
December 28 will see usual Sunday service and trains will operate as normal on December 29, 30 and New Year’s Eve but Sunday service will be operating on New Year’s Day along with an amended service on January 2.
