STAFF at a Redditch-based animal charity are appealing for information to help them reunite their newest resident with her family, just in time for Christmas.
The team picked up a tortoiseshell female with a distinctive large white spot on her tail from the town’s Morrison’s car park, on Warwick Highway, after receiving reports that staff at the supermarket have been feeding her for two weeks.
Mel Booth of Redditch Cat Rescue said the cat is very friendly and very distinctive in appearance.
She added: “As the shelters are no closing for Christmas we are hoping to be able to reunite her with her family for Christmas – we’ve taken her in but would love to get her back home.
“She’s very very friendly and obviously a family pet.”
Anyone who recognises her should Mel on 07505743963.
