CHILDREN at the Vaynor First School were in the festive spirit last Friday (December 18) as they donned their christmas jumpers in aid of Save the Children, raising over £300.
The youngsters showed their support in making a better tomorrow for children who are less fortunate by wearing an array of festive designs from elves and snowmen to reindeer and Christmas puddings – some even had their own lights and musical jingles.
In total the students raised £301.11 for the cause.
