STUDENT councillors at the town’s Pitcheroak School got the chance to interview Redditch MP Karen Lumley on Friday (January 15).
Mrs Lumley met with the newly elected members of the School Council who quizzed the town’s MP and showed off the school’s newly newly renovated ICT room – which was done in response to a request students made last year.
She said: “I love the idea of a Student Council as it gives authority to the students that they wouldn’t otherwise enjoy and I wish them the very best of luck with their decision-making over the next few months.”
