A DRIVER had to be cut free from his car after he crashed in to the side of a building in Lakeside last night (Sunday).
Fire crews from Bromsgrove and Redditch were called to Winstone Close at about 5.30pm where they found the vehicle smashed into the wall.
One resident said they heard the loud bang and went to see what was going on.
“Judging by the look of the car the driver had to have been going quite fast because the bonnet was crushed. I think the council are having to go and assess for structural damage.”
