STAFF at the town’s Forge Mill Museum are teaming up with bookworms from Redditch Library for the attraction’s latest exhibition.

A Pictorial View of Redditch showcases rarely seen paintings and photographs from the Library’s 60-year-old archive.

The artwork spans from the early 1860s to the 1980s and are painted by local artists.

Some capture the town’s iconic buildings that have long since disappeared but have become part of Redditch folklore.

The exhibition runs until March 6 and is on display Tuesday to Friday between 11am and 4pm and from 1pm to 4pm on weekends.

Entrance is priced at £5.10 for adults, £1.70 for children and £3.90 for senior citizens or you can purchase a family ticket for £11.40.
