THE Primrose Choir is to hold its first ever Springtime Concert at Redditch Town Hall on Friday, April 15 starting at 7pm.
Promising a lovely evening’s entertainment, a wide variety of popular songs from across the years are on the programme as well as extracts from the musicals.
Once again the choir will be joined by Studley St Mary’s RC School Choir performing some of their favourite Disney songs.
Tickets for the choir’s Grand Draw with prizes including vouchers for restaurants, pubs and other local eateries will also be available at just 50p each with winners announced on the night.
All profits go to The Primrose Hospice Centre of Care charity which helps many people and their families in Bromsgrove and Redditch when they are faced with life-limiting illness.
Tickets are just £9 and are available on 01527 67383 or 01527 546158 or from the hospice on 01527 889796.
There will also be a limited number of tickets available at the Town Hall on the night.
The choir has also scheduled a performance on the Redditch bandstand on Church Green on Saturday, June 11 at 12 noon and in Sanders Park in Bromsgrove on Sunday, June 19 at 2.30pm along with other local choirs.
The choir practices every Wednesday evening and is available for a whole range of events including weddings, parties, musical evenings, concerts and funerals. New members are always welcome – just phone any of the above numbers for further information.
