HEARTBROKEN Church Hill South resident Lisa Harris is appealing for help in tracing her beloved Blue Burmese cat Lippy.
Lippy went missing around lunchtime on Saturday, April 2 from Lisa’s Hawksbury Close home and a reward is being offered for her safe return.
Two-year-old Lippy, described as a ‘tough cookie’ by Lisa, has already used up a number of her lives having survived being run over and being shot and hit by an airgun pellet.
The Blue (grey coloured) Burmese should be easy to spot – she has no tail and has a rabbit-like gait when she runs from having lost her hip in the RTA.
“It’s really not like her as she is a very timid cat and doesn’t like us handling her really,” said Lisa.
“On both occasions of her emergencies she managed to get home. Her brother, Lad “O” and her great uncle Rebel are now missing her as much as we are. Horrible not knowing whats happened to her, the possibilities going through my head are awful.”
Animal Search UK have printed 500 leaflets for the safe return of Lippy and 35 lamp post posters for the safe return of the much loved pet.
Anyone who has any information on Lippy or finds her should call Animal Search UK on 0800 4320340 quoting reference number 249190.
