A WOMAN has been sexually assaulted in Redditch while walking through Arrow Valley Lake with a child.
The victim was on Battens Drive between 1pm and 1.30pm on Tuesday (April 12) when she sat on a bench with the youngster and noticed a man sat on the railing of a small bridge behind them.
When they walked off he followed them, overtook the pair and appeared to go into a bush.
She continued then saw the man standing in a gap in the tree line.
The victim stopped to look at the ducks when the attacker walked past and touched her inappropriately before walking back into the trees near the small dam.
He is white, in his 30s, and about 5ft 8ins, of medium to heavy build, clean shaven, bald and fine light coloured hair around the back and sides.
He was wearing a dark waist length bomber jacket with a large white embroidered design on the back, similar to a spider web, dark jeans or trousers and blue trainers.
